1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits

All deposits at kkk500 are made exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) through the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. For boleto bancário, the minimum amount is R$ 20.00.

Pix deposits are credited to your kkk500 account instantly once payment is confirmed by the banking system – typically within seconds. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits take 1 to 3 business days to clear. Credit card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to confirm.

Kkk500 only accepts deposits from bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same CPF as the platform account. Deposits from third parties are declined and reversed regardless of the reason provided. This measure is in place to protect you from fraud and to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at kkk500 are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The standard daily withdrawal limit is R$ 50,000.00, which may be increased for VIP accounts upon additional verification.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and public holidays. For withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, additional identity verification documents may be required as part of anti-money laundering procedures.

A bet is considered final the moment you click "Confirm" on the bet slip. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be canceled by the user. The only exception is the cash out feature, when available for the event in question, which allows you to settle the bet before the final result based on the cash out odds in effect at the time of the request.

If a sporting event is canceled or abandoned before completion, bets are refunded at the original stake. For accumulator bets, the canceled event is removed from the slip and the odds for the remaining events are recalculated. Events suspended for more than 24 hours are treated as canceled for refund purposes.

• Kkk500 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at any time, with no obligation to provide a reason;
• Obvious errors in odds (such as prices clearly out of line with market standards) may result in bets being voided, with the original stake returned;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically voided, unless the live betting market is explicitly active;
• The official result of bets is determined by the score at the end of regular time, unless the specific market terms state otherwise (for example, bets that include extra time).

7Casino & Games

Results are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by any action taken by the user or the platform outside the game's own mechanics.

9Prohibited Conduct

10Account Closure
